Brazilian filmmaker, born in Crateús, Ceará, Carlos Adelino moved early to Bahia where begins to be interested in cinema. Engaged with some friends in making movies, participated in the creation of the Luis Eduardo Magalhães/BA Collective, with which participated helping editing the film Alguma coisa na vida (2015), a totally collaborative production.
Is the screenwriter and director of the documentary short film Joaquim and the Window (2018), selected for the ROTA - Festival de Roteiro Audiovisual (Brazil). He is also executive producer of Rodrigo Ribeiro's Quadro Negro (2018), selected for the Gramado Festival - Academic Shorts Category (Brazil).
Now is lauching Mousetrap (2019), his second short movie.
