The Caring Frames Charity Film Festival is a global initiative that celebrates the transformative power of storytelling to inspire compassion and action. Organized by Global Rahmah Foundation (GRF), this unique festival invites filmmakers, storytellers, and changemakers from around the world to showcase their creativity and highlight the impact of charity on vulnerable communities.

Through powerful visual narratives, the festival aims to shed light on critical issues such as poverty, hunger, water scarcity, education, and humanitarian crises. It is a platform for participants to capture real stories of resilience, compassion, and hope—stories that not only resonate with the essence of giving but also inspire others to take meaningful action.

With submissions open to everyone, whether filming on a smartphone or a professional camera, Caring Frames is about inclusion, creativity, and making a difference. The event will culminate in a film screening in Manchester, UK, where the top 15 films will be showcased, followed by the announcement of winners in various categories.
