Carina Abrantes was born in Aveiro in 2003. She is currently a game designer, who has already developed several titles. A stand out from her portfolio is "Entrudo", a rhythm game for PC (which was a finalist in the PlayStation® Talents Awards, 2022), "Sweet Anniversary", an adventure game for Game Boy™ and Web Browser, and "Preserve", a cli-fi for PC as part of Game Jam+. At the moment, she is developing the Macao-based adventure “Nata” for PC.
In addition to developing games, Abrantes also has a huge passion for photography, cinematography and video editing, having already finished two movies - "Para a minha avó Fernanda", a documentary about her grandmother and "Serenidade Campestre", a visual essay on rural life .
Carina is currently finishing her undergraduate degree in “Digital Games and Multimedia” at Polytechnic of Leiria.
