We were so grateful to have been part of CTFF last year for their first virtual festival during COVID. The festival has incredible communication and promotion of their programming, and is an amazing way to connect with and gain exposure to the Caribbean film community in Canada and abroad.

The one thing that really stood out to me was the publicity. CTFF really goes above and beyond to market your film and their publicist is amazing!

  • I’ve been fortunate enough to have a few of my films play at the festival so I know what a typical year looks like. Well in a pandemic year I must say, the staff really came together to make a virtual festival that was just as good.

I would definitely recommend the festival to other filmmakers.

I had a wonderful experience with this festival. Covid took most festivals online this year, but despite this, it was a truly wonderful experience from start to end. Communication was amazing, and the team kept me updated throughout the whole process from the start until the festival close. Very professionally run by a great team, with a wonderful technical output. A high quality programme of exceptional and diverse films. This is an important film festival in that it provides a platform to diverse voices, significantly to films emerging from within the Caribbean & African diasporas.
