Jemma, an Asian female photographer who has just graduated, is working on a photo book focusing on the lives of people living along the canal. One early morning while walking by the canal, she unexpectedly encounters Cherry, a sex worker. Jemma decisively changes her subject and theme, asking Cherry to agree to be photographed. This film explores the 'female gaze' and unfolds a hunting action from a female perspective. Who is the prey, and who is the hunter? In this game of observation, can the exchange of roles bring the possibility of transcending class boundaries?

Writer Biography - Juno CHEN

Juno CHEN is a writer and director from Taiwan, she completed her BFA in Theatre Directing in Taipei National University of the Arts (TNUA), 2020, and participated in an exchange program at the Department of Directing at the Shanghai Theater Academy, 2018. Currently, she pursuing her master's degree in writing at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London.
