After an immigrant woman moves into her aunt’s house, she experiences abuse at the hands of her in law. Her submissive aunt kicks her out upon discovery, blaming her. Alone in an unknown country, she must survive the dangers and corners of the night before seeking permanent comfort. She stumbles upon a prostitute who takes her in after empathizing with her background. Deborah must now find her feet and in the process meets a gentleman that falls for her. She runs in her old abuser and who threatens her and new found partner harm if she doesn’t take back to his arms. She must now make a choice of whether to submit or fight
