An acting graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts New York, Janee’s most notable theatrical performance was originating the role of Lilly in Mark Borkowski’s The Godling (premiering at The Krane Theatre in New York and winner of Best Ensemble at the San Francisco Fringe Festival).

Along with acting Janee’s film background took on more involvement as producer and crew, mainly as assistant camera, before transitioning into script development and an on set acting coach. She is the Co-writer and actor of Limbus, and continues to work on projects as a Creative Producer.

Outside of film and theater she is a visual artist under the name J/Née, her interest is in the minimal. She uses audio reactive video synthesizers to accompany live music performances.
