Director Biography - Chaz Bernal Valle

Chaz Bernal Valle is a Director graduated from a Communication College Career. Dopic FA Studios’ co-founder since 2014. He has directed fiction projects such as “Si Me Amas”, “Aplícale La Llave”, “La Aventura de los Amigos del Agua”, “Les Félines”, “Huapango” and “Isla Calipso”; and co-directed “Don't Wasty”. He has directer
documentaries as “Las Voces de La Antigua”, “El Kilómetro Más Difícil” and “Migración en La Solana San Juan”. He has also directed several spots for television, cinema, media, animation, testimonials, videoclips and advertising. He has participated as Director of Photography in “La Historia de Santiago” and “El Último Viaje” shortfilms. He collaborated as Producer of “S.A.I.A.” and “El Sonido del Viento”.
His work has earned diverse prizes and nominations in some of Mexico’s film festivals as Pantalla de Cristal, EcoFilm Festival, Smartfilms México, I Lab Films, 48h Film Project México, Premio Alejandría, Retrospectivas, Festival del Cine REQ, and in other
countries, like San Francisco Film Festival, Premios Latino España, Lift Off Global, among others.
