We were unable to attend the festival in-person but the team behind this festival was very respondent and kind! Would love to go in-person some day.

  • Thanks so much for awarding my short script, Baby Mine, with an Honorable Mention. I very much appreciate receiving this recognition and can't wait to receive my certificate! I wish you all the best as you prepare for the festival and wish I weren't already otherwise engaged. It would have been lovely to attend the CISF and meet you all as well as the other artists selected.

Excellence is probably an understatement. This film festival was one of the best coordinated, carefully organized festivals. I was pleasantly surprised by how much details they put into it. It's also a perfect opportunity to network and speak about the film. Thank you for recognizing my film "Do You Remember Dad?" Your support will become a huge help for future projects.

"I Drum To A Different Puzzle" received Best Short Script for Fall 2023. Am honor of your recognition along with screening of the film as well. A great festival to take part in. All the kudos to the festival and staff.

  • I had a great time with my family. The Whitefire Theatre is an intimate, cute little building in a charming town. All of the staff were super welcoming. I'm ecstatic that my film, IN THE SHADOWS, received an Honorable Mention! The host was excellent and led a fun and engaging Q&A. Being interviewed onstage was a wonderful experience. That, as well as the photos, do a great job at making any filmmaker feel special.
The biggest downside, the low audience numbers, is a shame because the event itself was high-quality and much more interactive than other festivals I've attended (although admittedly never been screened in before). I'd love to see this festival grow; it has everything a filmmaker could hope for. This is definitely an event worth attending! Consider stopping by even if you aren't a filmmaker yourself.
