CRYSTAL
"CRISTALLO" tells the story of two women: Elena (played by Daphne Scoccia) and Sofia (played by Giglia Marra) as if they were two mirrors, two tortuous paths that intertwine and the small coincidences overlap through a visionary journey, which tries to delve into the maze of the mind of someone who is or is a victim of violence in a relationship.

In a "narrative space", the short film tries to investigate the mechanisms that occur when an act of violence is performed or received, going to dig into the maze of the mind of the performer or the victim of an aggression in a couple relationship .
"CRISTALLO" arises, among the main objectives, that of sensitizing and making public opinion reflect on the violence concealed within the home, a very current social scourge that flows, every day more, into what is called " femicide ".
The story told in the short film intends therefore to draw attention to the need to intervene to stem any type of bullying or aggression suffered in daily life, but also to open a debate and explain - through "vision" and awareness - to what consequences it can bring physical or psychological violence.
Starting from these premises, the short film also intends to underline how male violence on women takes multiple forms and modalities, although physical violence is the easiest to recognize. There is no profile of the woman-type who suffers violence, and the protagonists of the short film give life, metaphorically, TO ALL THE WOMEN WHO SUBJECT A VIOLENCE FROM THE MAN WHO LOVE.
Violence against women has long been increasingly at the center of public and political debate. And the reason is soon said: the phenomenon is reaching dimensions that define "widespread in all regions, in all strata and social roles" is little.
CRYSTAL tries to make people reflect on the value of a "complaint" to go out and save themselves from a situation of domestic violence.
