The Central Minnesota Art Co-op (CMAC) is announcing their second annual short film Rural Film Festival. This festival is accepting all films and videos that show "rural" life (comedy to documentary). The primary setting for the work should be rural, within an ag-based city of under 70,000. Weather permitting, the Rural Film Festival will be held at CMAC's unique outdoor (rural downtown) Drive-In Theatre.

Award will be given for People's Choice on short film submissions.

Rural Short Films: Works can be completed in any year, in any country, and should be under 30 minutes in length. They MUST depict rural life (comedy to documentary).

Minute to Spare: Entries MUST be one minute or under in length and answer the question "What would you do if you had a minute to spare?".

PERMISSIONS:
• "Minute to Spare (International)" films will be shown only during the Rural Arts Festival.

• "Minute to Spare" films should answer the question, "What would you do if you had a minute to spare?". Length should be under one minute.

By submitting to the CMAC Rural Film Festival, the filmmaker (or their representative) agrees that; the Central Minnesota Art Co-op is permitted to use the submitted video and any and all press materials of all selected entries for publicity and promotional purposes. For "Minute to Spare in Princeton, this release includes future promotion of local tourism.
