Director Biography - Kate Sheridan

Kate Sheridan is a sophomore at Mason, pursuing a degree in Film and Video Studies with a concentration in Directing and a minor in Social Justice and Human Rights. They've worked on a number of projects, including executive producing their highschools weekly talk show, helping other students with their video essays and projects by providing camerawork, creative direction assistance and editing, and writing, directing and producing their own short films. Kate is passionate about ethical and inclusive filmmaking and the impact media has on society. Kate aims to tell diverse stories with impactful representation.
