“Chiquitita” brings a reinterpretation of a melancholic and dramatic scenario, criticizing the stance of some violent conflict practices. In the composition of the scene, 4 musicians, arranged as the four main cardinal points, represent the world. As the main character, a dancer, she represents children who suffer from critical social and political movements. The movement of the images in a circular manner evokes the idea that the world is always in motion and that people continue in action, regardless of where their focus or attention is. The instrument that determines the melody, the viola, brings some symbols of peace and charity. The smoke surrounding the dancer demonstrates the chaotic scenario that children experience and yet need to pass through with lightness and fluidity, through external support and assistance, and the dark clothes bring the feeling of seriousness and mourning, for the losses experienced. However, at the end of it all, the child at the head of the world, with open arms, reminds us of the principles and values ​​that must be considered for the future, where peace and freedom are indispensable.
