Olivia Wang is an actress, producer, cross-cultural and public-spirited arts practitioner. She is the first actor to perform Chinese Australian cross-cultural physical theatre on stage, taking on lead roles in several productions. Her practice spans screen, theater, and music. The uniqueness of her creations lies in her skillful blending of Eastern aesthetics and Western techniques to create artistic expressions that are deeply rooted in culture yet modern at the same time. She has performed in renowned venues and prestigious arts festivals, with works selected in highly competitive hub units, captivated audiences. As a screen actress, Olivia Wang has won best actress awards at Athvikvaruni International Film Festival, Rohip International Film Festival and Thilsri International Film Festival. Olivia is also the winner of contributions to Arts and Culture award in Yarra, the recipient of Victorian Multicultural Award for Excellence in Arts, alongside over ten nominations in arts and culture field.
