If you are currently a student at CCBC, UMBC, Towson University, Stevenson University, University of Baltimore, or MICA, submit your film to CCBC's Annual Student Film Festival! Our mission is to support student filmmakers in and around Baltimore by encouraging them to write, produce and screen their films.

We will have FOUR $100 prizes in the following categories:

Best Production
Best Screenplay
Best Direction
Audience Favorite

We will also have gifts for all filmmakers who are accepted to the festival.

Registration and submission of the film must be completed by March 28, 2019 12:00 midnight.
Your film must be no longer than 10 MINUTES (including titles and credits)

You MUST be an undergraduate college student at a Baltimore school (i.e., CCBC, UMBC, Towson University, Stevenson University, University of Baltimore, MICA, etc).

Submitting Your Entry:
All entries have to be submitted online in 2 stages
Complete the registration form and upload your film

Your entry will NOT be accepted if:
You haven’t completed and submitted the registration form.
Your film is over the 10 minute time limit (including titles and credits)
Your entry is not in by MIDNIGHT Thursday 28 March 2019.
You use use copyrighted materials (ex. music, video, photos, etc.)

Recommended Specs:
Please upload your film to us in the highest quality possible
Video Format: H264, MPEG-2 or MPEG-4 preferred
Aspect Ratio: 16:9 (letterboxed if necessary)
Resolution: 1920x1080 preferred
Audio Format: MP3 or AAC preferred
Frames per second: 25
Maximum file size: 1.6 GB

    A+ for Hospitality. There was a free buffet before the screenings and a cake after. They encouraged networking. They gave the filmmakers a gift bag with a festival t-shirt, an Amazon gift card, and passes to the Maryland Film Festival. The MC was very entertaining.
