Buried

After a local girl is found murdered on a beach in a small town, the police start their
investigation. Detective Landen is cynical of the case and if they will be able to gather
enough evidence to convict someone. Chasi pushes detective Landen to keep putting in
the time and to not give up hope so easily. Her instincts tell her that it was the victims
abusive ex-boyfriend James who did it. But with no physical evidence and a forensic and
justice system drowning is cases instincts will not be enough.
