Burden

In the slums of Karachi, Arsalan works hard to support his sick mother and younger brother. To make ends meet, he secretly turns to mugging, the same crime that killed his father years ago. Every night, he talks to his father’s memory, torn by guilt for following the same dangerous path. After a robbery goes wrong, Arsalan faces the truth of his actions and, in his last moments, reflects on the sacrifices he made for his family before dying from his injury.
