MUSTAFA DUYGULU (1986) is a director, screenwriter and actor. He studied theatrical performance at the Theatre Academy in Maastricht, after which his career as an actor and theatre director took off. Duygulu played on stage and in feature films and Dutch television series. As a screenwriter, Duygulu has written several theatre plays and worked on shorts and single-plays. He co-wrote the screenplays for Jim Taihuttu’s feature film THE EAST (currently in production), and Victor D. Ponten’s feature film CATACOMBE (2018). Duygulu debuted as a film director with his short OMEGA (2016), which he also wrote. The single-play SUMMER BROTHERS, directed and written by Duygulu, premiered in 2018. Currently he is developing his first feature film.
