Bronx, Inc. Pilot

Alarmas security is a shady enterprise created by Frank Russo, a slick opportunist from the upper East side. His company is run more like a mafia scam than a legitimate business that protects the public.

Rico Russo is the owner’s 20-something son. He’s a city wiseass with a good heart. He lacks education and manners, yet yearns for a life outside of what he knows in The Bronx. Despite his shortcomings, he thinks he can be something great if he could just get away from the company misfits and his father’s grip. Perhaps getting a real job in corporate America is the road towards salvation.

Rico gets an interview with GarCom, a Fortune 500 company. Miraculously, Mr. Caputo, the interviewer, takes the risk and hires unskilled Rico.

Rico meets Vanessa Rios, a captivating Latina. He starts to think that everything could fall into place. Vanessa, however, going against her better judgment, takes on project Rico.

The pair navigate their differences in the midst of uncovering secrets in their respective workplaces. Vanessa helps an elderly woman get the care she deserves while Rico stumbles upon a shady side hustle at GarCom.

Rico drags his naive coworkers along. His entourage becomes frightened being left in the streets while he conducts business. Frank shrewdly provides Rico with a service call to Roxies strip club, hoping to entice him back to Alarmas.

During the service call at Roxies, Rico spots a GarCom employee being suspicious. Rico follows the suspect, leading him to a nefarious transaction, leading him to an even bigger than he could have imagined.

Rico arrives at his company’s mixer eager to discuss his recent findings with his confidant. Vanessa sees Rico with another woman expecting foul play.

Rico suddenly finds himself embroiled in a situation. Word gets out that Mr. Caputo was nearly killed in a car incident. He visits him in the hospital.

During his visit, Rico uncovers the truth about his suspicion at GarCom. Rico then volunteers to design and pitch the AutoTech presentation, however; the enormity of Steve’s gun scheme plus Rico’s presentation responsibility is overwhelming. He enlist his new and past connections to help with his plan.

Rico’s dynamic presentation wins the heart of the company’s CEO and exposes Steve’s illegal gun trafficking operation.
