Director Biography - Mitchell Barnett

Mitchell Barnett is an 18 year old student filmmaker at Blanco High School in Blanco, Texas. He has made multiple videos with his classmates, including a music video for SLOW DANCING IN THE DARK, which placed third in the Frontera Student Film Festival. His latest video, Broken Record, is his first attempt at creating a short film, and advanced to the second round of judging in UIL Film. Mitchell enjoys directing, filming, and editing videos with his friends and plans on continuing this hobby while attending Texas A&M University.

Hello, Mitchell here. I just wanted to say thank you for watching my video! Amateur film making is one of my favorite hobbies, so I'm extremely grateful to have the opportunity to make and present this video. Whether you like it or not, thanks again for taking the time to watch it. Keep in mind, it's fairly unconventional as far as how the story and characters are presented.
