I didn't attend, but to leave any kind of review I must give the festival an overall rating, so I am giving it a middle "3". However, I can comment on communication. My film 'Zebra' won Best Cinematography, but I was never notified; I learned of it about 2 weeks later when someone not associated with the festival sent me a link to a tweet that listed the award winners. I emailed the festival asking about the award, but never received a response. Because this is their 6th year of operation, they should already have clear procedures for filmmaker communications (pre- and post-festival) that volunteer staff follow, so that these kinds of missteps don't happen.
