Mikey is a mentally deprived 16 year old who has one friend, Shane. Shane is alike Mikey 16 and has followed him since year 2. However during a calm day Mikey and Shane take some time to have fun by destroying cans, unfortunately Mikey is knocked out with a brick. This changes Mikey into a smart yet bold individual who has ideal motives through politics. Whereas Shane is still the same idiotic person but becomes puzzled with Mikey's behaviour.
