Brent has written, produced, and directed many films. His most recent short film, Context, made with an entirely Swedish cast and crew, was his first scripted project since relocating to Stockholm and has been screening in festivals around the world. His feature documentary, 1 Billion Orgasms, was acquired by Gravitas Ventures and distributed world wide. He's made numerous other short films, including, Somewhere Between Strain and Sun, a movie about a phone call to a suicide prevention hotline won a special commendation the Llano Estacado Film Festival in Texas. He also produced Two Grey Hills, based on a Tony Hillerman novel starring Gary Farmer, which screened at SXSW. Brent studied filmmaking at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts.
