In 2023 my direction changed as I was drawn to adventure sports: deep-diving, specifically. I started making my own feature-films, starting with a short-film pilot "prelude" feature prior to Breathing Underwater entitled "The Culture Cave Dives Deep: A Short Feature Film: Dive Logs #10 & #11 - Magical Encounters" .

Pilot available here:

(Running time: 16 min 46s)

I went on to document my journey in a feature film series thereafter and now produce ocean documentaries using an ethereal cinematography style in which I am the protagonist. These three episodes are part of that series. I film, direct, narrate and produce these feature films. My series Breathing Underwater was discovered and selected by Amnesty International for their Film Festival taking place in Tokyo 2/2/2025. Breathing Underwater is the chosen feature film series, in which I advocate for and illustrate breathtaking experiences and interactions in the ocean with the running theme of environmentalism, a core human right.
