Branko Kosteski is a Macedonian director and writer, author of the short film ISLAND. In his home country, Branko founded the video production company Suteren, which he spearheads as its creative director.
Branko’s film portfolio includes the short live-action films "Hand," "Temptation," and "Shoes”, all of which have screened and won accolades internationally. His films explore the complexity of guilt as a human emotion, reflecting on his talent for subtle storytelling that does not rely on dialogues.
Branko holds a diploma in Film Directing and an MA in Cinematography from "Chernorizets Hrabar" in Varna, Bulgaria. Branko furthered his education in Dramaturgy at Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, where he is currently completing his studies, developing the script for his debut feature film.
