Director Statement

Growing up as a dancer has help me grown such a different kind of resilience & strength as an artist. I've learned to appreciate more the kind of work it takes to create art out of simplicity & the power an ensemble can have. Some of my biggest inspirations come from male artists & I felt like it was important to highlight some of the challenges that different type's of communities of artists can struggle with. But these dancers are evidently changing this legacy for the best & I can't wait to see where their journey's take them.
