Legend foretold, in 1997, the chosen ones were born, and they were two girls, one named Hedda, the other one, Hilda. 22 years later, seeing Hong Kong, the city they lived in, had turned into such a horrid, maddening place, the two decided that, them too shall depreciate all ~ They began a series of pranks, through these mischiefs, they depleted and destroyed the law and the rule that this world was upheld to. In this place where sanity no longer existed, Hedda and Hilda made their own way to their heart's content.
