Experiencing Interruptions?

BORDJOSH, A 7.000 YEARS OLD MYSTERY

Documentary gives a comprehensive view of late stone age in southern Central Europe based on story about new discovered settlement close by the confluence of the Tisza River and the Danube (Vojvodina, Serbia). At the time when Bordjosh was most heavily populated, around 4800 B.C., the settlement was home to some four thousand people. That may not seem many, but if you consider that the Earth’s total population was between eight and ten million, then, in comparison with today, we’re talking about a metropolis. Life in late stone age in Pannonia wasn't so rudimentary as is usually thought; for example, people in 5000 B.C. were gourmands who made complex dishes from simple ingredients or - communication between settlements 1000 km away was intensive although even horses had not been tamed yet. Reconstructions of everyday life are filmed according the newest archeological knowledge about late stone age.
