Director Biography - John Lopez

John Lopez (Director) is currently a Supervising Producer on THE MAN WHO FELL TO EARTH (CBS All Access). An alum of the Sundance Episodic Lab, John has also written for SEVEN SECONDS (Netflix) and STRANGE ANGEL (CBS All Access). His short film PLAN B, starring Randall Park and Rosa Salazar, was a finalist in the NBC Short Cuts Film Festival. He also directed segments for NBC’s Actor’s Showcase and was an Associate Producer on Hossein Amini’s film THE TWO FACES OF JANUARY. John previously collaborated with BORDER PATROL creator, Ernie Bustamante, directing his sketch show, BANNED IN TUCSON -- which sold out two performances at The Comedy Central Stages and was an official selection of the MONTREAL JUST FOR LAUGHS STAND UP & PITCH SHOWCASE.
