Writer Biography - Diana Robertson Bond

Diana Robertson Bond grew up on the East Coast loving movies. (She insists the best job she ever had was her high school job at Lynnhaven Mall Cinemas.) Diana started writing screenplays in her early 30s while living in Northern VA, and with great fortune, one of her scripts was optioned (sadly, never produced). In 2021-22, Diana completed the UCLA Professional Program for Screenwriting. She currently divides her time between CO and CA and has written 3 original features, 5 shorts, 3 television pilots, and 1 feature adaptation – all of varying genres. This summer, Diana fulfilled her long-time dream of being an extra in movies or television with a cameo appearance in the film PLAN C produced by Stained Tie Films. Her favorite screenwriters are Aaron Sorkin, Michael Arndt, Cameron Crowe, Tina Fey, Bonnie Hunt, and all of the writers involved with VEEP.

My first job out of college was a position as a Case Worker for Big Brothers Big Sisters. I loved every minute of it.
