Bölle isch lebe - The Guinea Project

After their first successful construction project in 2021, Malik Kourouma and Vid Milencovic - Co-Founders of the swiss basketball association ‘BÖLLE’ - return to Guinea to build another basketball court together with the local community.
The short film gives raw and honest insights into the challenges of facilitating a construction project in a country where organizational realities are radically different, and a swiss mindset leads to a frustrating dead end.
While young guinean players outline the impact of a basketball court for their lifes, the film sets out the meaning of basketball as a common language to unite across borders and social inequalities.
