Bogland - The Black Grouse refuge
Michał Adamowicz, ornithologist arrives at the Biebrza National Park to start his research on the nearly extinct Black Grouse.
Following the protagonist we leave the city and join his lone walks through the wild marshes barely visited by human.
We are able to admire raw beauty of fauna and flora and to listen to the stories of inhabitants of small villages.
The journey allows to see the rare birds but also opens one's eyes to
a fundamental problem of the broken bond between human and nature.
