The lonely and hot-tempered dancer Jackie tries to overcome her self-loathing and aggression when the new girl in her dance-class Nelly chooses to befriend her. Nelly is the clear opposite of Jackie and their unlikely friendship is challenged when they have to face the damage that Jackie has already made within her dance team.
