BloodLine
Mourning the death of her brother, Nina finds herself the last of her family. Struggling with solitude she seeks out for connection, where a possessed Laura transforms into a haunting reminder of ancestral responsibilities and mystical ties that bind Nina to a fate she never imagined.
"Bloodline" weaves together grief, love, and the uncanny, where the lines between the earthly and divine blur, leaving Nina a destiny she never sought.

Battling with the existential crisis of whether to have kids or not, Kitty decided instead to write a horror film about it.
Grappling with the small village life she grew up in versus the world she inhabits today, alongside the societal pressures of family life and the wider community, BloodLine is a queer feminist look on the beliefs of bygone eras and expectations of ancestral ties.
Working with local collaborators and actors, this piece is a homage to Hammer Horror on a budget, mixing Northern tenacity and creativity for creativity’s need.
