Blind, twenty-twenty vision

Officer Steven Ward believes he shouldn't be under investigation for doing his job cleansing the neighborhood, but the law views his crimes as brutal and he should be punished. While detective Carter interrogates him, he finds out the pure evil dwelling inside Steven's heart and the true reason why he joined the force.
