Bless You

Osman is an ordinary officer and one evening he goes to the theatre to watch a play. And in the course of the play he cannot hold himself and sneezes on the nape of Hakkı, the police chief. Immediately he apologizes and Hakkı accepts his apology. However, Osman feels restless and apologizes again. Reprovingly, Hakkı tells him not to drag it out. However, in the foyer thinking that he was not forgiven, Osman apologizes again. This time, Hakkı scolds him.

Osman turns the apology issue into an obsession and goes to Hakkı's office to apologize. Hakkı gets annoyed thoroughly and expressing that he has been mocked he sends him away from his room. Osman, who cannot digest this unexpected response, has a heart palpitation.

A sense of guilt surrounds Osman. Although he realizes that apologizing makes things worse, the fact that Hakki thinks he has been teased about makes him depressed.

The next day, he goes again to apologize and expresses that his intention is not to ridicule. Hakkı who has reached to the point of madness, dismisses him from his room crying "get out!"

Osman feels restless and he raises his problem to such a degree that his heart cannot stand and he dies having a heart attack.
