Bleh!
’A morality battle between Mr and Mrs Rose takes a bizarre turn when leather gays, a teddy bear and an exorcism priest get involved. A largely musical journey that borders on the insane, with puppets performing Rimbaud and a hit parade show with flashbacks to biblical times.’

Edwin Brienen is a Dutch film director, actor, producer, journalist and radio producer. In the German press, he is often dubbed ‘the Dutch Fassbinder’ because of the high production level and style of his films. He has made 16 feature films so far. During lockdown, he started experimenting with short films.
Brienen had retrospectives in Kraków, New York and Lausanne – his films have been released by North American and European companies like BrinkVision and MVD Entertainment Group. Next year, he will start working on an international big-budget film co-produced by Dutch film company Filmfreak (“The Lobster”, “In Fabric”, “The Killing of a Sacred Deer”).
