Black Sun
Black Sun tells the story of two women anguished by acts of gun violence who take a personal stand against it to help their affected communities.
It features diasporic-filmmaker Kelly Fyffe-Marshall, who lost nine friends to gun violence in one summer, and community development worker Sherri Bonnallie, a caucasian mother who raised and lost her black son to a bullet in the head.

"It may not always win an award, but if I can provoke just one person in an audience to laugh, cry, or think differently after watching a piece of my work, that piece of work was a success..."
