Director Statement

The film Black Bodies would not be what it is were it not for the 17 exquisite, courageous, and beautiful black men and women who share their stories or their artistry.

I am eternally grateful to them for allowing me into their homes and their lives to capture their sentiments.

I believe it is when we open up our mouths and offer up our souls to fellow human beings when we truly grow. I couldn't have asked for a better group of human beings to help me produce my debut film.
