Bjarni | Frequencies of life
Being able to do what you love to do is an obstacle on its own. Doing what you love to do and missing a part of the experience can be a nightmare. Bjarni, a vocal artist who cannot hear high frequencies, shows how he continues to sing while overcoming personal and professional obstacles. Inspired by the beauty and surroundings of Iceland, Bjarni finds joy in the smallest things and wants to share his story with the world. Michael McGlynn, one of the composers that work with Bjarni, notes inarguably that "Bjarni has a strange, sad but beautiful voice. Singers believe that we say much about ourselves when we sing using our bodies as classical singers do. Bjarni shows who he is when he sings. A gift."
