Director Biography - Bauston Van Sickle, Wayne D. Barrett

Des Moines Area Community College alums Bauston Van Sickle & Wayne D. Barrett set out after graduation in 2019 to make a film after being inspired by independent films and grounded storytelling.

Despite the 2020 Pandemic the two still managed to pull together an all Iowa cast and crew for their first film outing. The film was shot across Jasper County and Newton Iowa and completed filming August of 2021, wrapping the film's edit June 2024; all self funded by BvM Productions.
