An armed thug chases down a young man and they end up entering the kid's family home where he finds out that it's the mother's birthday. At the end of the dinner, neither one of them is the same person they were in the beginning of the night.

Director Biography - Ali Özgür Baltaoğlu

Ali Özgür Baltaoğlu began making short films in 2000 after working as copywriter for a short period of time in Istanbul. He began directing commercials in 2008. In 2014 he attended Judith Weston’s Directing Actors Workshop in Los Angeles, California. In 2017 his debut feature film Folie was awarded with Mediterranean Film Institute’s Script Workshop Scholarship by one of the most prominent co-production platforms of the region, IKSV Meetings on the Bridge Istanbul.
