Birdwatching is a film about a boy who creates an imaginary world to escape his parents’ crumbling marriage. Hidden inside a trash bin in a park, he follows his guardian bird through the fictitious events he ‘sees’ through the lens of his camera.

Director Biography - Jan Krevatin

Jan Krevatin (1999, Ljubljana) is a Slovenian-Croatian filmmaker. After completing his first year of studies at Westminster Film School in London, he enrolled into the Film & TV directing BA programme at the Academy of Dramatic Arts in Zagreb, Croatia.
