A short doco about Australian drummer Bill Wall. Bill played in bands & taught around Melbourne for 20 years. Filmmaker Daniel Thomas was one of his students & has made this film in recognition of Bill's legacy as a drummer, teacher, son, friend & man. It contains precious archival footage & tributes from those close to him. Bill remains present in our lives & dreams.

Director Biography - Daniel Thomas

Dan Thomas is an Australian actor based in Hamburg. After completing an arts degree he worked in the design industry before leaving Melbourne to perform as a drummer in London. From there he relocated to Hamburg where he trained in acting & has since featured in commercials, bit-parts, short films & feature films. He has also written & directed two short films, hosted podcasts & self-published a fiction novel through his creative studio Lion Fury Productions.

I am interested in sharing stories of the human condition, our struggles, resilience & the things that unite us despite our differences.
