BigPicnic: Food conversations across continents

BigPicnic brings together the public, scientists, policy-makers and industry to help tackle the global challenge of food security. By collaborating with local groups, botanic gardens have developed a series of events to spark debate that have helped to influence policy about the future of our food. This video follows a visit by Meise Botanic Garden in Belgium to Tooro Botanical Gardens in Uganda (both partners in the project) to share experiences and look at the commonalities and differences in discussions in these two countries.
