I'm really excited to be sharing this semi autobiographical short film. It's a super intense coming of age film because I don't think anyone feels anything as intensely as teenagers. This film is also light hearted romantic comedy about bisexuality. As a teenager I realised it’s difficult for straight friends to empathize with my confusion about bi/pansexuality because the majority of coming of age LGBTQ+ stories we see on screen focus on the internal conflicts of specifically homosexual characters. Whereas, bi/pansexual characters are normally either straight passing and their sexuality is presented as a quirky afterthought.
This film provides a humorous insight into coming to terms with your sexuality from a bi/pansexual perspective.
