Historian. PhD in History, Politics and Cultural Assets (PPHPBC/ CPDOC-FGV), Master in Preservation of Science and Technology Collections (PPACT/ MAST), Bachelor in History from the Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro (UNIRIO), with a specialization in Sociology from the Cândido Mendes University (UCAM) and a specialization in Teaching from IFMG/ Arcos. She is currently doing a postdoctoral internship at Unirio in the Postgraduate Program in History.
She is the author of the book “Mil Peças”: Coleções Ticuna do Museu Nacional and the thesis “Uma Civilização Vegetal”: A carreira de Berta G. Ribeiro para a Antropologia brasileira no século XX, defended at PPHPBC/CPDOC-FGV in August 2023; she is the director/producer of the documentary “Para Berta, com amor”, released in November 2023, nominated for the Luanda International Documentary Film Festival (Angola) - DOCLUANDA. Recently launched the e-book “New proposals for the social use of Indigenous Technology: Tribute to the Centenary of Berta Gleizer Ribeiro”, organized in partnership with Editora Alfa Ciência.
