Beyond The Compound

In a small village in Northern Uganda Alanyo lives with her siblings. When Karamojong warriors raid their village, seeking to steal their cattle, Alanyo's brother is brutally killed. Alanyo and her siblings barely escape with their lives, fleeing to hide in the nearby bush.

Consumed by grief and determination, Alanyo vows to protect her family at all costs. She sets out to track down the Karamojong warriors, using her knowledge of the land and her cunning to outmaneuver them.

One by one, Alanyo confronts and kills the Karamojong warriors, driven by a fierce desire for justice and vengeance. As the body count rises, Alanyo becomes a formidable force, earning the respect and fear of her enemies.

But as the violence escalates, Alanyo must confront the moral implications of her actions. Will she find a way to reconcile her desire for revenge with her need to protect her family, or will the cycle of violence consume her?
