Raymond Anthony Mouzon is the visionary director behind Beyond Limits, an inspiring documentary following the journey of 10 individuals as they train for a Half Ironman, pushing their physical and mental boundaries. With a passion for fitness and transformation, Raymond has spent the last decade helping individuals unlock their full potential through his business, RAM Fitness UK.

With over 500 body transformations to his name, Raymond has built a community-driven approach to fitness, supporting everyone from elite athletes to youth offenders, individuals with disabilities, and the elderly. His directorial debut, Beyond Limits, emerged from his belief that every individual has the ability to overcome adversity. Director Statement

“Beyond Limits is more than a documentary—it’s a testament to human resilience, self-belief, and the power of community. This film was born from a simple idea: to show that, no matter your background, challenges, or fears, you can push beyond what you once thought was impossible.”

As a fitness coach and the founder of RAM Fitness UK, I have spent over a decade helping people transform not just their bodies, but their mindset. I’ve worked with elite athletes, youth offenders, individuals with disabilities, and everyday people who simply wanted to change their lives. One thing has always stood out—our limits are often self-imposed, and breaking them leads to the greatest personal victories.

When I saw my nephew, 18-year-old filmmaker Sean Smith, editing a small video, I knew we had the chance to create something bigger. Beyond Limits is the result of that vision—a film that captures the journey of 10 individuals training for a Half Ironman, pushing their bodies and minds beyond what they thought was possible.

This project wasn’t just about sport. It was about commitment, struggle, and perseverance. It was about the emotions behind the training, the sacrifices, the self-doubt, and ultimately, the triumphs. Seeing these athletes fight for something greater than themselves inspired me every step of the way.

The response to the film has been overwhelming—a sold-out premiere at Cineworld Bracknell, national media coverage from BBC News, BBC Radio Berkshire, and Bracknell News, and growing interest from major broadcasters. It’s clear that the message of this film resonates far beyond the sporting world.

I hope Beyond Limits serves as a reminder that we are all capable of more than we think. That persistence beats talent when talent doesn’t persist. That, no matter what obstacles stand in our way, we always have the choice to go beyond our limits.
