An independent, low-budget short film shot on a mobile phone, scripted, directed, and edited by a 15-year-old from Singapore. The film is based on the teachings of BUDDHISM - about living in the present and making the most of it ... about letting go of the past, not brooding over what one doesn't have, and not worrying about the future. It is TRULY about "BEING ALIVE!"

Director Biography - Shaunak Surlu

Shaunak is a 15-year-old independent student filmmaker, from Singapore. He is a 9th grader who has developed a keen interest in filmmaking and has chosen Filmmaking as an elective in High School.

He wishes to make simple yet impactful films that give out a social message. In a highly competitive, technically advanced and fast paced world, Shaunak hopes to touch upon heartwarming stories of relationships and the power of positivity
